General
Home Inspection
In a standard home inspection we will check the roof, basement, heating system, water heater, air-conditioning system, structure, plumbing, electrical, and many other aspects of the home. We will look for system and major component defects and deficiencies; improper building practices, those items that require extensive repairs, items that are general maintenance issues, as well as some fire and safety issues. After the inspection is complete we will send you the detailed report in a timely manner.
Roof Condition
Certification
Is your Lender or your Insurance Company Requiring you to Confirm the Condition of your Roof and a Guarantee from a Professional that the Roof is in Good Condition and will Continue to be for a Certain Period of Time?

4-Point Inspection
A “Four Point Inspection” focuses only on four main areas of interest in a home:

Wind Mitigation Survey
Our wind mitigation inspections document qualifying features of a home that may help reduce its vulnerability to wind damage during hurricanes and severe storms. We evaluate accessible construction features such as the roof covering, roof-to-wall connections, roof geometry, wall construction, opening protection, and other applicable wind-resistant features.
A completed wind mitigation inspection report can be provided to your insurance company to determine whether you may qualify for available wind mitigation discounts on your homeowners insurance.
Rental Property Inspection
Our rental property inspections provide landlords, property managers, and investors with a detailed visual assessment of the property's accessible areas and major systems.
